Referrals Are Now Twice As Rewarding

Today we're making it much more rewarding for those that take the time to show others that they love DPHOTO. When you share a referral coupon with someone, they will now receive 20% off for their first year, and your account will be credited with 20% of any payments they make during that first year.

A quick example - if you share your coupon with a friend and they sign up for a Premium account which costs $120/year, your friend will save $24 on their first year, plus you'll receive a $24 credit on your account.

You can find your unique referral coupon in Director, under Account > Referrals. Share your coupon any way you like - Tweet it, email it, or blog about it if you wish, but please don't spam anyone. A personal email to someone you genuinely believe would like DPHOTO is usually very effective.

To see how much credit you've earned, as well as your current balance, go to Account > Referrals. Your credit is automatically applied to your next renewal. There is no limit to the amount you can earn, and credit does not expire, so it's rather easy to get your account for free.

While updating the referral program we also discovered a bug in the existing system which meant some credits weren't properly applied to the coupon owners. We've fixed the bug, and just distributed thousands of dollars in credit that got missed. So if you've been sharing your coupon, you might notice your credit balance has magically jumped overnight.
