How does the free trial work?
The Free Trial gives you 14 days to test out all the features of Lightbox and see if it's right for you. The only restriction is that Trial accounts are limited to 10GB of storage - this restriction is lifted as soon as you convert to a paid account.
Which account is right for me?
We’ve tried to make our accounts as simple as possible. The Standard account is best for enthusiasts photographers, and personal or family use. The Premium account is designed for professional photographers, businesses and organisations.
Can I switch accounts at any time?
Yes, you can change your account at any time. If you change plans, any payments made will be prorated and applied to the new plan.
What if I need more storage?
If you need more than 1TB of storage, we have a Metered Billing plan. With Metered Billing you have unlimited storage, you are billed for the amount storage you use.
