Firefox Upload Bug

Update May 26, 2018 - This bug was fixed with the release of Filefox v61

There is a bug in the latest version of Firefox for Windows (version 60) that prevents uploading for many users. We filed a bug report with the Firefox team at Mozilla, and hopefully they can fix it soon. For now the only solution is to use a different browser such as Chrome or Edge.
